Alcohol Moderation Coaches
A curated directory of coaches who work with clients whose goal is to drink less, not stop. Every listed coach actively supports moderation and intentional drinking as a primary goal, even if the client eventually decides on abstinence at the end of their programme.
This directory is not for sobriety coaches, sober curious facilitators or abstinence-first practitioners. If abstinence is your default recommendation, this directory is not the right fit.

AMCA™ is building the first curated directory of coaches who work with clients whose explicit goal is to drink less — not to stop. This is a directory for moderation coaching in the truest sense of the word.
This directory is not open to sobriety coaches, sober curious facilitators, or abstinence-first practitioners. If your default recommendation is abstinence, or if moderation is something you offer reluctantly alongside sobriety work, this is not the right listing for you.
To be considered you must be actively working with non-dependent drinkers on reduction and moderation goals, hold relevant coaching qualifications, carry professional indemnity insurance, and be able to clearly describe how you screen clients and when you refer to clinical services.
Active practice
You are currently working with clients on alcohol moderation, not just in training.
Relevant qualifications
You hold recognised coaching qualifications and relevant continuing professional development.
Clear scope
You can describe how you screen for dependence and when you refer clients to clinical services.
Professional insurance
You hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance for the services you provide.
Ethical marketing
Your practice avoids shame-based messaging, overclaiming and misleading testimonials.
Moderation as a genuine outcome
Your practice actively supports clients to achieve reduced, controlled drinking. Abstinence is not your default position or primary offer.
